It was born in 1974 from an idea of Erasmo Chinappi, the current owner and manager, who, in full tourist development in Sperlonga, saw in those years a growing demand for rooms for seaside stays.

The Chinappi family he represented made a decisive contribution to development  of the structure built with dedication and love thanks to the help of his wife Luciana and later also of the children.

the hotel is located in the heart of the village, in the lower part developed in the early 70's, close to the west beach where the Sperlongan life mainly takes place.
